Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Usually next Business day).Some orders may take longer the item is out of stock.

We offer flat rate Ground Shipping $5.99 for 1st item and $1.99 for each additional item.We ship via U.P.S. Additional shipping may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For shipping rates please contact us at info@bestcomforterset.com.

Where?

We ship to the 50 US states and Canada. For Canada, rates will show up after entering your address and change the shipping to Standard Shipping to Canada and than apply.

After shipping your order (next business day), an e-mail with tracking number will be send to the e-mail address used in placing the order.You can track you order and find out the transit time. Within the US, transit time is generally 1-7 business days for ground Service.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to 10 % restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 10 % restocking fee as well. If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the item before it has been sent out, there will be a 6 % restocking fee to cover the credit card processing fees. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Prior Authorization is required for all returns.We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in it's original packages and be resalable as new. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.

Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: Duvet Covers, Down Comforters, Comforter Sets, Bed in a Bag, Bed Sheets Sets, and Pillows.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it, we will credit the amount less 10 % restocking fee to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
